Emmy Singer (she/her)

I’m a lot of things. I’m for sure (and really proud to be) a mama, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend, and a person who is continuously (un)learning. I offer intentional, authentic, and creative branding for individuals, communities, and beyond. I love a good pop-music dance break alongside values-focused work that supports a more equitable and inclusive world. I believe in and strive toward collaboration with curiosity, courage, and compassion.

I have a deep love for people, early 2000s pop culture, integrity, and good energy. I also firmly believe that a day without eating cheese is like a night without stars, dull and unfulfilling.

What People Are Saying

QUALITY OVER QUANTITY

In work and life, I take a wholehearted approach to quality over quantity while operating from a space of integrity and authenticity.

Acknowledgement

As a white, hetero, cisgender, able-bodied, educated, middle-class Jewish woman my proximity to power affords me a lot. I recognize and acknowledge my privileges and how that continuously requires me to do better. I am committed to the work of dismantling the tangled systems of oppression that hold all of us down by:

  • Bringing an equity-focused lens to my collaborations and partnerships while also knowing I am by no means an expert

  • Studying with and learning from teachers, educators, facilitators, and activists whose lived experiences differ from mine

  • Naming the peoples of the ancestral land on which I live: Monacan and Manahoac (Charlottesville, VA)

  • Offering sliding scale pricing for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and other marginalized folks

  • Being open to critical feedback and cross-difference conversations
